Ann Garab

Ann leads the Human Resources Department with openness, patience, and dedication. As a manager, she is consistent in her drive to offer people an opportunity that she believes will be beneficial for them individually and with the company. Ann has proudly worked with The Echelon Group since 2017. Her philosophy as a Human Resources Manager is: “Everyone has a voice, and every voice is heard. The success of the company is based on the success of the individuals working with us.” In her free time, she loves hanging out with her family and friends at the River House, walking on the beach and the occasional tennis match.
