Beth Hendrickson

Beth is responsible for all of our agent based operations. In addition, she oversees our workforce management and training. With the experience of managing internal and external agent count of over 1200 agents in 6 facilities, Beth is positioned to oversee the growth of The Echelon Group. Beth joined The Echelon Group after working as a Director at AT&T for over 25 years.  Beth managed large domestic and off shore sites.  Beth began her career at AT&T in 1990 and rapidly advanced to Director of Operations. Beth’s team was part of the first iPhone launch, the introduction of online chat support and developed the porting  process.​
