Caitlin has worked with The Echelon Group since 2018, in those years she has dedicated her time to growing and advancing in all areas. Her knowledge and experience has allowed her to grow from a Customer Service Representative to a Operations Manager. When she is not caring after her plants or cats, she may be found going to exciting events or shows with her husband.
