Issabelle Perla

Issabelle is responsible for our shared queue team of agents and clients - Formation. Issabelle manages the 40+ agents and 15+ various brands/clients assigned to Formation including coaching, development, training and day to day support. Issabelle joined the TEG in 2019 with experience in Healthcare and a degree from SNHU in Child Psychology. Personal development and constant improvement is important to Issabelle; she is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
