Linsy is responsible for the operations standpoint of our B2B and Healthcare clients. She is responsible for seeing that the client’s requirements and KPI’s are being met as well as working closely with the management team that oversees each program. Before joining The Echelon Group in July 2017, Linsy worked for Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor for 3.5 years and was responsible for overseeing a team of 5-7 baristas a shift as well as meeting the standards set for the company. Linsy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Austin Peay State University. When not working, she enjoys taking walks, playing Call of Duty, and being a cat lady.
