I started with The Echelon Group in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and have grown into my role as an Operations Director. I want to continue to help The Echelon Group grow and be able to offer the same opportunities to our workforce. My true passion is watching my team grow and continue to learn new ways to better ourselves and the company. I am always willing to help and love a challenge.
